1) Contact: Call us to schedule your free estimate, we are very flexible to meet your busy schedule.  When we come out to evaluate theproject we will answer any questions you may have and also explain in detail what to expect before, during and after your project.

2) Scheduling:  Review the estimate, sign an enclosed copy and mail back the estimate in the self addressed stamp envelope to reserveyour spot on the schedule.  We will giveyou a call in advance to notify you of the scheduled start date.  We will gladly assist with color selection.

3) Project:  No payment is required until full completion of the work.  During the project the crew chief will gladly answer any questions you may have.  Once the project is completed a customer report card will be given to you for feedback.
